Care for each other, together.

Medicine reminders that really ring, a calm app for the people you look after, and one shared view for everyone else in the family.

  • Data kept in the EU
  • No ads, no tracking
  • Medical data encrypted

Two apps, one family

Simple for them. Clear for everyone else.

Looking after someone is a role, not who you are. MyFamFirst gives the person you care for a few big buttons, and gives the rest of the family the full picture.

Elder app

Big buttons, nothing to learn

For a parent or grandparent. No email, no password: a family member sets up the phone with a code.

  • “I took it”, “Remind me in 30 min” or “I skipped it”
  • One tap to say “I’m OK”, or that they have landed
  • Hearts and birthdays from the family

Family app

Everyone’s day at a glance

For children, partners and anyone who helps. See who has taken their medicines and who needs a hand.

  • Today: medicines, “I’m OK” and the latest reading
  • Medicines, doctors, visits and family dates
  • Choose what each family member can see
The Family app's Today screen: medicines taken, next dose, and what is coming up

What it does

Small things that keep a family in step

Built around the moments that matter: the morning medicine, the flight that landed, the birthday nobody should forget.

Reminders that really ring

Medicine reminders are real alarms that sound through silent mode wherever the phone allows, and repeat until someone answers.

The right people know

If a medicine is not marked within half an hour, the family members who look after that person are told. One tap says “I’m on it”.

“I’m OK” and check-ins

A daily “I’m OK”, and one-tap updates when travelling: at the airport, boarding, landed, at the hotel.

Readings and records

Blood pressure, sugar and weight, medicines with their doctor, and reports kept with the visit they came from.

Visits and questions

Plan doctor visits, see who is taking them, and keep a list of questions to ask so nothing is forgotten in the room.

Hearts and family dates

Send a heart that shows up on their phone. Birthdays, anniversaries and important days, for everyone.

Snap a prescription Coming soon

Take a photo and the medicines are filled in for you to check. Nothing is saved until you confirm each one, and reminders always come from the times you set, never from the AI.

Getting started

Ready in three steps

One person starts the family. Everyone else joins with an invite.

  1. Start your family

Sign up with your email. No password: we send you a code.

  2. Add who you look after

Their medicines and times, in their own time zone, even when they live in another country.

  3. Set up their phone

They type a code from your app; you tap “Allow”. A code alone never lets anyone in.

Private by design

Health information deserves better than an ad business.

We make money from one family subscription, not from your data. It stays in the European Union, under European privacy law, wherever your family lives.

  • Kept in the EUStored in Frankfurt, Germany. AI reading runs in the EU too.
  • EncryptedMedicines, readings, documents and profiles are encrypted at rest.
  • No ads, no trackingNo advertising or analytics in the apps. Your data is never sold.
  • You decide who sees whatChoose each family member’s access. Delete your data at any time.

Questions

Good to know

Does the person I care for need an email or a password?

No. They install the Elder app and type a code from your Family app. You then allow their phone. After that it just works.

What does it cost?

Every family starts with a free 30-day trial. After that, one subscription covers the whole family, paid by any one member.

Which phones does it work on?

iPhone and Android. Reminders work without an internet connection once they are set up.

Where is our information kept?

In the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany, wherever your family lives. Medical information is encrypted, and is never used for advertising.

Does MyFamFirst give medical advice?

No. It reminds, records and keeps the family informed. Questions about medicines and doses are for your doctor or pharmacist.
